TERMS OF SENDING A CV NOTE

By submitting your resume at your own risk, you indicate that the information contained therein is accurate and true. Your CV and any other personal information you send contains data (the "Personal Data") which is considered personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the "Regulation 2016"). / 679 ") and the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
By submitting your resume, you consent to the processing of your Personal Data required by the company "BYZANTINE MARITIME" in order to evaluate your capability for the position for which you submitted your resume, or to cover another position for which it is judged during the processing to have the required capabilities (hereinafter referred to as "Processing"). "BYZANTINE MARITIME" employees may be accessed for the processing of your Personal Data. In addition, your Personal Data is transmitted and stored on the servers owned by “BYZANTINE MARITIME”.
After one (1) year from the submission of your CV, your Personal Data will be deleted. If "BYZANTINE MARITIME" finally decides to keep your Personal Data for another post, we will inform you and request your consent for this further processing, which you may also refuse.
To the extent permitted by the relevant provisions you have the right to request "BYZANTINE MARITIME" to access Personal Data pursuant to Rule 15 of Regulation 2016/679. You also have the right to request the correction or deletion of the Personal Data under Articles 16 and 17 of Regulation 2016/679 respectively or the restriction of Processing under Article 18 of Regulation 2016/679.
Finally, you have the right to object to the processing of Personal Data, as well as the right to receive your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (right to portability) as provided in Rule 20 of Regulation 2016/679.
Once you consent to the processing of your Personal Data, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time, but such withdrawal will not affect the legality of the processing until then.
If you believe that the processing of your Personal Data violates Regulation 2016/679 you have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority.
